Acceptance of Terms, Modifications. We refer to you, our Users, as “you,” while trynerdify.com may be referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the platform.” These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and VA SERVICES LIMITED, the owner and operator of trynerdify.com. All users are expected to read and understand the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to your use of our digital services—whether accessed via our website, mobile apps, social media platforms (if applicable), or any other entry point we provide. This includes all content, features, and services available through the platform. By using our platform—either by registering for an account or browsing as a guest—you agree to these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are considered part of this agreement. Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not meet these criteria, you are not permitted to use our services.
If you find that this document conflicts with your personal values, beliefs, or opinions, you are not permitted to use our services. All Users and visitors must engage with the Nerdify Platform in full accordance with the following terms and all applicable laws relevant to their location.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted and will apply to all current and future use of the platform. By continuing to use the Nerdify Platform after the updated Terms are published, you acknowledge and agree to those changes.
About Us
VA SERVICES LIMITED operates trynerdify.com, an online platform designed to connect Users with Freelancers. They serve as their personal tutors, but are considered independent contractors rather than our representatives or employees. We do not directly provide freelance services to Users; instead, we function as a marketplace that facilitates access to freelance support for learning, guidance, and skill development in connection with various subjects and topics. As with other freelance platforms, we strictly prohibit any illegal activity on our website or app. Please note that we do not oversee or take responsibility for the services provided by freelancers. Users are encouraged to use their own discretion and judgment when choosing to work with a freelancer.
Our platform is intended to help users find freelancer services and manage payments. By using it, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any damages related to the services provided by freelancers or any other interactions between users and freelancers. All transactions and professional engagements between users and freelancers take place via the platform.
trynerdify.com: Contact Details Usage and Messaging System Overview
- To use the platform or access certain services, you may be required to provide registration details or other information. This could include signing up with your name and email address, using a third-party social media account, or logging in with a Google account. Completing any of these actions will create your user ID and password.
- You confirm that all information you provide on the platform is truthful, current, and complete. By registering or using any interactive features of the platform, you agree that your information is subject to our Privacy Policy and consent to how we handle your data as outlined in that policy.
- trynerdify.com primarily uses text messaging (SMS) to deliver its services. By requesting a text-back on our website or signing up through our app, you consent to receiving SMS messages as part of our communication process. While joining the SMS program is optional, please note that we cannot provide our services without using text messaging.
- Your phone number will be used solely to communicate with you about your requests. You may receive messages such as text-back responses, service information, quotes related to your requests, status updates, answers to your inquiries, and other messages necessary to deliver relevant services and information.
- Your phone number is securely stored on our hosting platform. We utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS), recognized as one of the most secure hosting providers globally.
- You may opt out of the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages from us, simply reply with “STOP.” Once we receive your request, you’ll get a confirmation text verifying your unsubscription. After that, no further SMS messages will be sent to you.
- If you wish to rejoin the SMS service, simply visit our website and submit a new text-back request. We’ll resume sending SMS messages to you from that point on.
- If you're having trouble with the messaging service, you can reply with the word HELP to receive additional support.
- trynerdify.com doesn’t impose any extra charges for SMS communication. However, your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may still apply for texts sent to or received from us. For specific details, please check with your wireless provider.
- Mobile carriers are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery.
- If you have any concerns or inquiries about privacy, we encourage you to review our Privacy Policy.
trynerdify.com's Termination
You understand and accept that we are not required to make our platform available in any specific location or to maintain access after it has been granted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without a specific reason. Similarly, you may choose to stop using the platform or close your account at any time for any reason. To request account deactivation, please reach out to us directly. Keep in mind that any unpaid fees or outstanding balances will still be your responsibility, even after suspension or termination.
trynerdify.com's User Content Policy
The platform may contain interactive areas, including but not limited to reviews, listings, and message boards, where users can share content. Any material you post is considered public and non-exclusive. By doing so, you give us and our affiliates, contractors, freelancers, and successors permission to use, modify, publish, and share your content for any purpose.
- You either own your content or have the necessary rights to it and are authorized to grant us the license to use it.
- Your content aligns with and adheres to these Terms of Use.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content is legal, accurate, and suitable for the platform.
- We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any user-submitted material, whether posted by you or other users on the platform.
trynerdify.com's Payment Terms and Service Fees
Users acquire freelancer services through the platform by accepting an engagement and paying the related fees, which include service charges and any applicable taxes. Freelancers approve the engagement, and the company processes payments on their behalf.
Force majeure. In exceptional circumstances—such as natural disasters, conflicts, or other emergencies—where fulfilling an agreed engagement becomes impossible or unfeasible, the usual cancellation policy may be suspended. In such cases, the company reserves the right to issue refunds based on alternative terms, at its sole discretion.
If a freelancer fails to meet their agreed responsibilities or breaches the Terms, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel the engagement and issue a full or partial refund to the User. This decision will be based on our assessment of the freelancer’s performance.
Payment Disputes; External Payments. Payments are processed 48 hours after an engagement is completed. The company does not mediate disputes between Users and freelancers. Additionally, the platform holds no responsibility or liability for any tips, bonuses, or other payments exchanged outside of the platform.
By submitting payment for services on the platform, you agree to supply accurate, current payment details and keep them updated for the duration of any pending engagements. The Company functions as a payment facilitator on behalf of freelancers. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method, including any backup method if needed. If a payment fails due to outdated or incorrect information, you acknowledge that services may be withheld and neither the platform nor the freelancer is liable. Unless otherwise specified, all payments are non-refundable.
You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your use of freelancer services on the platform, including any sales tax applied to the fees you pay.

All content, images, files, and other materials provided by trynerdify.com—excluding third-party content—are protected by copyright. Copying, reproducing, or distributing this content without permission is a violation of copyright law and is strictly prohibited.

trynerdify.com's Terms for Refunds
You may request a refund for a Freelancer’s service. Refunds are available within 60 days of the request’s completion. Once submitted, your refund request will be reviewed within five to seven business days. Approved refunds can be issued either to your Nerdify balance or directly to your bank account. Alternatively, we can assign a new Freelancer to schedule a new tutoring session, typically within 12 hours.
trynerdify.com's User Safety, Acceptable Use, and Security Policy
- Unlawful Activities: Engaging in any activity that breaks local, national, or international laws, including regulations related to data protection or software export.
- Exploitation or Endangerment of Minors: Engaging in or attempting any activity that harms minors, including exposing them to inappropriate content or soliciting their personal information.
- Unauthorized Marketing Communications: Distributing marketing messages, spam, junk mail, or other promotional materials without obtaining prior permission.
- Misrepresentation of Identity: Falsely representing yourself as the platform, one of its employees, or another user.
- Interference: Disrupting user activity or impairing the normal operation of the platform.
- Platform Disruption: Taking any action that overloads, harms, or interferes with the platform’s performance or real-time operations.
- Unauthorized Use of Platform Content: Using automated systems, bots, or manual methods to scrape, monitor, or access any content on the platform without prior authorization.
- Distribution of Malicious Software: Uploading, distributing, or introducing viruses, worms, malware, or any other harmful code or software intended to damage or disrupt the platform or its users.
- Breach of Access Controls: Attempting to gain access to servers, databases, accounts, or systems without proper authorization.
- Disruption of Platform Operations: Participating in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, attempting to overload the system, or otherwise interfering with the normal functioning of the platform.
- Obtain private details of other users through the platform.
- Participate in unlawful actions or cause harm to the platform, its services, or other users.
- Distribute or transmit malicious software or harmful code.
- Engage in behavior that intimidates, bullies, or pressures other users.
- Take part in actions that violate the law or cause damage.
- Cause disruption or disable any part of the platform’s operations.
- Promote or advocate for illegal behavior by others.
- Helping or attempting to assist someone in committing corporate or academic misconduct.
- Providing help that enables students to cheat or to receive grades or academic qualifications they have not rightfully earned.
- Presenting someone else’s work as your own without giving appropriate credit (plagiarism).
- Pretending to be another person’s identity for any reason or purpose.
- Engaging in impersonation or involvement in the trafficking of drugs, weapons, or other illegal activities.
- Advocating or encouraging violence, hate speech, racism, sexism, or any other harmful conduct.
- Participating in deceptive practices or fraudulent schemes.
- Sharing content that is explicit, obscene, or offensive.
- Urging or persuading others to breach policies or engage in harmful behavior.
- Establishing contact with individuals involved in the sale or purchase of ammunition, firearms, or projectiles.
- Engaging in behavior that incites or persuades other users to breach the company’s policies.
- Participating in pyramid schemes or “get rich quick” programs.
- Offering or selling products prior to the merchant obtaining ownership or control of those goods.
- Handling payment collection from customers or making payments to vendors.
- Associating any individual with the ordering or handling of money orders and traveler's cheques.
- Engaging in debt settlement or credit repair services.
- Carrying out or participating in fraudulent requests or activities.
- Content that includes offensive language, violence, hate speech, racism, sexism, colorism, misandry, or explicit material.
- Links promoting commercial activities, contests, or spam.
- Portraying or representing a minor on the platform.
- Content depicting pornography or explicit graphic violence.
- Malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
trynerdify.com Subscription Terms and Conditions
trynerdify.com provides a monthly subscription plan that includes premium features such as VIP support, complimentary additional services, and bonuses credited to your account. These benefits can be used to request services within the paid billing period starting from your most recent payment date. Your subscription fee is charged monthly on or near the same day each month as your initial enrollment and first payment. All bonuses and perks included with your subscription remain valid throughout the active billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew each month, with the fee charged to your credit card unless you choose to cancel. You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your bonuses will still be available for use until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not be billed for subsequent months. If we are unable to process your payment, you will receive an email notification. We will attempt to process the payment for up to two weeks before suspending your subscription. To reactivate, you’ll need to update your payment information so we can successfully charge your card.

Location-Based Restrictions
The platform is designed and intended for users primarily located in the United States and/or Canada. We do not represent that the platform or its content is accessible or appropriate for use in other locations. Accessing or using the platform may be prohibited in certain countries or by specific individuals or entities. If you choose to access the platform from outside the U.S. or Canada, you do so on your own initiative and are entirely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Resolution of Disputes
This section details the required binding arbitration process and waiver of class actions. Except for claims seeking equitable relief, all disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration. Any disagreements that cannot be settled informally will be handled in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and both parties waive their rights to participate in class actions or jury trials.

The agreement also addresses emergency relief options, the authority of courts, and confirms that the arbitration terms remain effective even after the agreement ends.
trynerdify.com's Limitation of Warranties and Liability
We facilitate the connection between you and the Freelancer, but we do not oversee or control any agreements made directly between you and the Freelancer.
Freelancers go through a thorough evaluation by our team. While we assess their skills and expertise, the responsibility for the accuracy of their stated credentials and background lies with each Freelancer. Any meetings, whether in-person or online, are not facilitated by us and are at your own discretion and risk.
- You may request legal assistance from us only if the matter involves the Freelancer and third parties.
- You may not rely on us for legal assistance, as we do not oversee or guarantee the accuracy of information provided by the Freelancer or exchanged between you and the Freelancer.
trynerdify.com's Links to External Sites and Services
Clicking on or using external links provided by third parties is at your own discretion, as trynerdify.com does not review or endorse the content of every external site. We have no control over these external resources and disclaim any responsibility for their content or for any loss or damage resulting from your use of them.
Protection Against Claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the platform from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your interactions with freelancers, violations of these Terms, disputes, misrepresentations, or content you provide. You agree to cooperate in the defense of such claims. The platform reserves the right to take full control of the defense and you may not settle any claim without the platform’s prior written approval.
trynerdify.com's Terms Revision Policy
This document may be updated at any time without prior notice to Users. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of our Terms of Use.
trynerdify.com's Freelancer Commitment
- Provide truthful and accurate details about my qualifications and education to effectively assist the User;
- Prevent the User from engaging in academic dishonesty or violating U.S. university policies and state laws;
- Decline to engage in any activity that would require the company to make payments or royalties to third parties;
- Acknowledge and agree that my partnership with the company will be discontinued if I fail to comply with any of the terms specified in this document.
trynerdify.com's Protection of Intellectual Assets
All content on the platform—including software, media, and information—is the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The company also exclusively owns its trademarks, service marks, and logos. Use of these marks for promotional or business purposes is strictly prohibited without written authorization from the platform.
trynerdify.com's Additional Terms
If any section of this Agreement is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect. Both parties agree to substitute the unenforceable term with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent. Any waiver of a breach must be made in writing and does not apply to any future breaches. This Agreement represents the complete and exclusive understanding between you and the platform, superseding any previous agreements related to the same subject.
