The Honor Code establishes a framework for ethical behavior on the Nerdify Platform. It communicates our expectations for all users—including students, businesses, academic entities, and freelancers—to preserve the highest levels of academic and corporate integrity.

Nerdify Honor Code

Nerdify Platform strictly prohibits and will not participate in any form of corporate or academic dishonesty. This includes knowingly assisting students in cheating or obtaining unearned grades or degrees, aiding businesses in fraudulent activities, or supporting academic institutions in falsifying research outcomes.

This encompasses:
  • Academic Dishonesty: Seeking or offering unauthorized external assistance on an academic task;
  • Fraudulent Impersonation: Pretending to be a student for any reason or purpose;
  • Plagiarism: Presenting someone else’s work as your own without giving appropriate credit;
  • Forbidden Acts: Fabricating any type of reports or documents;
  • Breaches of Academic Standards: Helping to forge academic degrees or falsify, fabricate, or alter data.

Freelancers are prohibited from taking tests or completing assignments on behalf of students. They must not falsify data or fabricate research findings or reports under any circumstances. Freelancers may not knowingly assist students, businesses, or academic institutions in cheating, fabricating reports, plagiarizing, or engaging in any activities that violate corporate or academic policies. Any confirmed involvement in facilitating fraudulent activities will result in an immediate ban from the platform.

Nerdify Platform strictly prohibits and will not participate in any corporate dishonesty or violations of corporate policies, including knowingly helping users commit fraud or engage in any illegal activities.

If there is any evidence that a freelancer has intentionally supported or engaged in illegal activities, they will be immediately banned from the platform.

To Students

Nerdify team recognizes the challenges and time pressures that come with studying. However, the risks involved in breaching academic integrity policies far outweigh any potential benefits. Copying answers or seeking final solutions encourages finishing tasks without true understanding, a practice that is not supported on the Nerdify Platform.

  • Students are prohibited from using the Nerdify Platform for any illegal activities or breaches of academic policies.
  • Students must not present any educational materials obtained from Freelancers as their own work.

To Businesses

At Nerdify, we provide you with the chance to receive professional assistance from experts in their respective fields. However, please keep in mind that violating any corporate policies is strictly prohibited on the Nerdify Platform.

  • Business representatives are prohibited from using the Nerdify Platform to engage in any unlawful activities.
  • Business representatives may not use freelancers to assist in any fraudulent activities.

To Scholarly Community

At Nerdify, we deeply respect and celebrate those who dedicate their lives to research and contribute to the advancement of science. We are committed to supporting this mission by providing access to high-quality assistance from Freelancers on our platform. However, we firmly oppose any form of data falsification or intentional misuse of research work.

  • Academics are prohibited from using the Nerdify Platform to fabricate data or results, alter or misrepresent data or findings, or engage in plagiarism.
  • Academics are prohibited from requesting Freelancers to assist in the publication of fabricated scientific research articles.

To Freelancers

At Nerdify Platform, we offer you a valuable opportunity and place our trust in your professionalism as you engage with students, businesses, and academic institutions. As a Freelancer on the Nerdify Platform, you are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
  • Freelancers are strictly prohibited from creating or participating in any situations that would lead to the violation of corporate or academic policies.
  • Freelancers are not permitted to assist in creating any of the previously mentioned circumstances that violate corporate or academic policies.
  • Freelancers are strictly prohibited from assisting students, business owners, or academics in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.

Disclosure of Contact Information

Users of the Nerdify Platform are not permitted to request personal contact information from other Users. All communication must take place through the platform’s messaging system.

Restricted Task Request List

Any User who violates the restrictions outlined in the Nerdify Platform Honor Code will be permanently banned, and their account will be deactivated with no possibility of reinstatement.

Below is a list of request types that are considered violations of Nerdify Platform’s rules. Please keep in mind that this list is not comprehensive and should be used for guidance purposes only:
  • Creating falsified or misleading financial reports;
  • Producing résumés or CVs that include fabricated work experience;
  • Completing homework assignments on behalf of college or school students;
  • Assuming or using a student's identity for any reason;
  • Creating educational materials intended to be submitted by a student as their own work;
  • Seeking answers to tests, exams, or lab assignments when external assistance is explicitly prohibited by the professor or institution;
  • Falsifying or creating counterfeit documents of any kind;
  • Writing dissertations, theses, or term papers on behalf of someone else;
  • Creating false data, information, or citations;
  • and any other activities that breach college or corporate policies.

Breach of Honor Code

If you become aware of any violation of the Nerdify Platform Honor Code, please contact us immediately to report the misconduct.
