Refund Policy

Our website users may engage Freelancers for a variety of services—including, but not limited to, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, on-demand consultations, advice on educational materials and study strategies and tips.

What if I’m unsatisfied with the service provided?

If you are not happy with the work delivered, you may request a refund within 60 calendar days of your order’s completion. Simply email us at done@trynerdify.com with your order number and a detailed description of your concerns. We’ll review your feedback and process your request promptly.

Next steps

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5-7 business days. If approved, your refund can be issued either back to your credit card or added as virtual funds in your Nerdify account. (Please note that virtual funds in your Nerdify account are not refundable.) Alternatively, if you’d prefer, we can reassign your order to a different Freelancer who will reach out to schedule a new session within 12 hours.

Subscription plan refunds

You may request a refund of your subscription fee up to 30 days after your most recent payment — provided you haven’t used any of the bonuses or perks included in that subscription. Eligible refund requests are processed within 24 hours, and you’ll receive your money back on your card within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that any subscription bonuses or perks are non-refundable and will be revoked on the date your refund is issued.
